Flight Coverall® Industries specializes in Air Force, Army, Navy, and Marine pilot flight suits, including the CWU-27/P Nomex® flight suit, made to USAF Mil-Spec MIL-C-83141A. Crafted from DuPont® Nomex® N303 fabric (92% Meta Aramid, 5% Para Aramid, 3% Conductive Fibers), it offers flame resistance, durability, and environmental protection at 150-155 GSM. Available in one-piece and two-piece designs, including Royal Blue and RAF MK 16A flight suits.

Primary Use:
Designed for pilots, aircrew, medical flight personnel, fire/rescue teams, airfield support, ground crews, and helicopter crews.

CWU 27/P Nomex Flight Suits:-

• 92% meta-aramid / 5% para-aramid / 3% conductive fibers.
• Sewn to Mil-Spec FNS/PD 96-17 (MIL-C-83141A).
• Same design as those worn by all U.S. flight crews.
• Two-way front zipper with pull.
• Adjustable waist with hook-and-loop fastener.
• Flame-resistant material.
• Gusseted, bi-swing back.
